Ingredients

To make this delicious bundt cake, you'll need:

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite jam

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 12 cup bundt pan.

In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the sour cream and milk. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Drop the jam by teaspoons onto the batter. Using a knife, cut the jam into the batter in a swirling pattern.

Bake for 40 to 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted into the cake comes out clean.
