Instructions
The first step in making this delicious cake is to preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in the nuts, raisins, dates, prunes, cherries, and pineapple.
