Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground sausage
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package of 8-inch flatbread
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup of chopped mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix together the ground sausage, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Lay the flatbreads on a large baking sheet. Top with the sausage mixture, followed by the cheese, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
