Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of gluten free flour
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder.
- Add the oil and milk to the mug and stir until all the ingredients are incorporated.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix again.
- Place the mug in the microwave and cook for 1 minute.
- Once the cake is cooked, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
