Ingredients:
- 1 cup of gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup of buckwheat flour
- 3/4 cup of almond flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2/3 cup of honey
- 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup of almond milk
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, buckwheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, and almond milk. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly combined.
- Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and pour in the batter.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
