Ingredients
- 2 cups of oats
- 1 cup of skim milk
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Once boiling, add 2 cups of oats and stir.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add 1 cup of skim milk and stir.
- Simmer for an additional 5 minutes or until oats are cooked through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the honey, almond butter, and cinnamon.
- Top with 1/2 cup of blueberries.
