Instructions

In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and add the vanilla extract. Dissolve the instant coffee granules in the whole milk, and stir it into the sugar mixture. Gradually add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture, stirring until the ingredients are just combined.
